Live DEFORM: Virtual Forging

Set up, calculate and examine the results of a virtual sample using the DEFORM simulation software together.

During the meeting, the ease of setting up a simulation with DEFORM was shown, to obtain an optimized and “twin” virtual sampling of the real one. We have seen in detail the setting of material, equipment, machines, lubricates at each stage of the real process, in order to confirm the completeness and reliability of DEFORM. Man and calculation times were shown for different machine powers. Finally we saw in detail what results and defects DEFORM is capable of giving in terms of product, process, mold and machine.
