Ecotre at T.GOLD 2026: simulation software for jewellery and precious alloys
Ecotre at T.GOLD 2026: simulation software for jewellery and precious alloys
Hall H4 - Stand 440, Vicenzaoro
ECOTRE Valente takes part in T.GOLD 2026, the international event in Vicenzaoro dedicated to technologies for the goldsmithing industry and jewellery production.
At our stand, we will show how the ProCAST simulation software makes it possible to optimise investment casting processes for precious alloys, virtually predicting the behaviour of the metal during mould filling and solidification.
The goal is simple: reduce production trials, limit precious-metal scrap, improve jewellery quality and accelerate the development of new products.
Come and meet us at Hall H4 – Stand 440 during T.GOLD 2026

FILL IN THE FORM FOR FURTHER INFORMATION
In goldsmithing production, every new collection demands precision, speed and cost control.
Thanks to the ProCAST simulation software, distributed by ECOTRE Valente, it is possible to analyse the casting process even before production, identifying potential critical issues and optimising the feeding system directly in a virtual environment.
Simulation makes it possible to:
- predict shrinkage porosity and casting defects;
- optimise feeders and the gating system;
- reduce the number of physical trials;
- lower precious-metal consumption;
- improve process quality and repeatability.
A predictive approach that replaces the traditional trial & error method with decisions based on data and simulation.
Case study: jewellery casting simulation with ProCAST
During T.GOLD 2026 it will be possible to explore a real case developed together with Mattioli, an Italian centre of excellence in the jewellery sector.
By simulating the investment casting process, rings and bracelets were analysed, comparing the virtual results directly with the actual manufactured components.
The simulations made it possible to predict filling defects and porosity with high accuracy, identifying the most effective casting configuration before actual production.
This approach makes it possible to reduce development time, limit material consumption and achieve higher-quality products from the very first stages of the project.
As Vera Benincasa, Process Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Mattioli, states:
higher-performing production. The benefits in terms of time, resources and effectiveness of the results make simulation a tool
destined to become the standard for the industrialisation of jewellery."
Reduce costs, time and waste in goldsmithing production
With ProCAST it is possible to achieve:
- No Scraps – reduction of production scrap;
- High Yield – greater precious-metal yield;
- Light Weight – optimisation of the jewellery's weight;
- No Trials – a drastic reduction in casting trials;
- Shorter Lead Time – faster product development.
Digitalising the development process means reducing design risk and reaching the market more quickly.
Meet ECOTRE at T.GOLD 2026
During T.GOLD 2026, at Vicenzaoro, ECOTRE’s technicians will be available to show real simulation cases, compare virtual results with manufactured components and explore together the best strategies to digitalise production processes in the goldsmithing sector.
Whether you want to reduce casting defects, lower precious-metal consumption or speed up the development of new jewellery, our team will be available for a dedicated technical discussion.
We look forward to seeing you there
